A qualified Company Secretary and graduate of the first batch of the Graduate Insolvency Programme (GIP) conducted by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He has cleared the Limited Insolvency Examination of the IBBI and holds a PGDM from a reputed Delhi B-school and M.Com from Madurai Kamaraj University.
With 5+ years of post-qualification experience, he specialises in company secretarial practice, insolvency proceedings, startup consulting, FEMA and GST. He acts as the lead professional for corporate governance and IBC matters at SPOTON.
An Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) with a postgraduate degree in Commerce. He holds a Certificate of Practice and brings 7+ years of experience in costing, financial management, taxation and audit across public sector undertakings and MNCs.
CMA Riyas co-founded SPOTON with a vision to provide affordable, expert financial and compliance services to businesses of all sizes. He specialises in business strategy, cost optimisation, budgeting and helping startups achieve financial sustainability.
A postgraduate in Commerce and CA finalist with 5+ years of experience in direct and indirect taxation, international taxation and transfer pricing. He is one of SPOTON's core founding members, bringing deep expertise in tax planning and virtual CFO services.
Adv. Niyas acts as Virtual CFO for several corporate clients, helping them strengthen financial controls, achieve compliance and reach their business objectives. He is well-versed in all major ERP systems and modern IT tools for accounting and reporting.
