What is Trademark Registration — Protect Your Brand?
A trademark is a distinctive sign — a name, logo, tagline, colour, or shape — that identifies your goods or services and distinguishes them from competitors. Under the Trade Marks Act 1999, a registered trademark gives you exclusive legal rights to use the mark across India and the right to take legal action against infringers.
SPOTON's IP team handles the complete trademark process — from a thorough trademark search to application filing, monitoring, objection/opposition responses, and receipt of the Trademark Registration Certificate. We file in all 45 international classes of goods and services.
